1. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is not requested for most products, but the minimum amount is 50,000 F CFA and does not include delivery costs, taxes and VAT. For an amount less than 50,000 FCFA, we will increase the price according to the finalized quantity.

2. About the order process

We make ordering from us at this location as secure and simple as possible. You can order from our website online.

First, please add all the products you want to the shopping cart, then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit it, obtaining your order number. (Please save this order number for more information).

And then after you place the order, we will check soon, then send you the invoice with the shipping cost within 24 hours. (If you do not receive an email within 24 hours since you receive the order number, problems encountered during the checkout process, please contact us soon, thank you.)

Third, after you receive the invoice, pay promptly and tell us the information. In order for us to check your pay and send the parcel to you in time, then we will tell you the tracking number so that you can check online.

3. What should I do if I can't place my order?

Stages:

a. Use other browsers. You can use many browsers, such as IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.

b. If it still doesn't work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by e-mail with your user name on our site, as well as your complete delivery address. We will place the order for you and then let you know.

c. Can you separate my order into several packages to avoid customs duties?

Usually we only send one package for an order unless it is too big to put in a box, but also only one tracking number. If you want us to send two or more packages, please note the request in the notification when you checkout. But more parcels, more freight need to be paid, you know.

6. May I confirm stock status with you before payment?

Yes, after you place the order, we will check and let you know the out of stock items, then send the invoice to you. But as you know, the status of our stocks changes every hour. We cannot therefore guarantee that the items will always be in stock when preparing your order.

7. What if there are out of stock items in my order after payment?

In order not to delay your order, we will send you the ready items in time, and then recalculate the prices and shipping costs. Any overpayment would be credited to your next order. If you wish it

8. Why is my basket empty when I open it again the next day?

Since our system stores the shopping cart in the browser cache, the shopping cart will be empty once the cache is cleared.
