1. How to pack?

We ship by international parcel/EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, or we ship by sea, if the order volume is more than 1 stere, depending on the region where you live.

2. Can we have a postage discount?

Yes of course. We are the old customer of International Express, we can have more favorable shipping rates. For example: we are the old customer of EMS, then we can get 40% discount from the post office on the total.

3. How many days does it take?

Generally, UPS takes 3-4 business days worldwide, and 5-7 business days by EMS, and 4-5 business days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live.

4. How to calculate postage?

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, so buy more and save more! For example: EMS express charges are almost the same for 1 or 5 items with packaging. the heavier the package, the lower the shipping costs per kilo.

5. About delivery time

Once your order is placed, we will check it first and then send you the invoice within 24 hours. And as our old wholesalers, (order from us before.), we will check your priority order, prepare the items we have in stock, then send you the invoice with exact shipping cost. So after you pay, we will send it to you within 1 business day. And as new wholesalers, usually we could send your parcel to you within 2 working days.

6. Tell me the shipping cost before order

Shipping cost depends on weight, delivery method (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS or sea transit) and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare the exact shipping cost before placing an order (the weight of a bikini is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg/pc). And you can choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express services and offer the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping costs, you can also choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.

7. About local taxes and import duties?

Local taxes and import duties may apply in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of each country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.

8. How to get lower or free import tax?

Any import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In order to ensure you receive your tax less or tax free upon import, we will declare it as "GIFT" or "SAMPLE" with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If you need to use true value or any other request, please note the information in the “Notes” when you complete the order.

9. Are there any additional charges from you?

We will not charge any additional fees other than the actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping costs. Meanwhile, we would not be responsible for the bank charges of your payment. The order price does not include customs tax. We will try our best to help our customers avoid custom tax, but due to the complexity of each country's tax policy, we are not sure if your package can be customized without tax.

10. Why sometimes I can't check on express website after receiving the tracking number?

Because sometimes express delays in updating information on their website. So please be patient and check a little later.
